HPP Program

Individuals or families within the community who may be at risk of becoming homeless may access the HPP Program.

The Homelessness Outreach Program connects with people who are experiencing Homelessness or At Risk of Homelessness with Housing.

Connecting Individuals and Families with Housing and other appropriate services.

  • Clients who are having difficulty paying their rent may access the HPP Program for support.

  • Clients who are preparing to secure affordable housing may access the HPP Program.

  • Clients moving into their new homes may access the HPP Program for essential household items.
